Arctur webuniverse

In January 2009 Arctur had 25 employees, 70% of those with university degree education. Combined, we have over than 150 man/years of experience in the field of web design, programming, counseling and web-systems realization. Our mission and objectives, our creativity, innovativeness and our enthusiasm at work are the main factors of our success.
