Arctur webuniverse

In January 2008 Arctur had 20 employees, 70% of those with university degree education. Combined, we have over 120 man/years of experience in the field of web design, programming, counselling and web-systems realisation. Our mission and objectives, our creativity, and our enthusiasm at work are the main factors of our success.
